On November 10, McDonald's U.S.A will celebrate McHappy Day, kicking off the annual Give A Hand® fundraiser from November 10 through November 20. One hundred percent of proceeds from the purchase of a $1, $3 or $5 paper hands at local participating McDonald's will be donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Alabama.
