Bargain Mom tips for dressing like a cow on the cheap:

Print the items from their site in black and white - to save on color ink

Get an old white T-shirt and a black permanent marker, then draw spots on the shirt.

You can make a cow bell look alike out of cardboard and yarn.

The trick is to not spend any money on your costume which would negate the free food offer, right?
