I need them…I’m only 5′0″ so I’m all about the highest heel possible…too bad these cost $630 ! These are the Casadei Signature 3504 Triple Platform pump and both Kate Hudson and Sandra Bullock were wearing them tonight to give themselves an extra 5.5″ over their fellow Hollywood A-listers. Now for the rest of us that don’t have multi-million dollar paychecks, Miss Me has a similar “triple platform&# pump that comes in grey, black and tan.

(Did you guys notice the improvement in the quality of my pictures? We started using the Rebel. Nathan said I don’t need a lens; I need to be not lazy and learn to use it. Nathan is taking the pics for now, until I have time to learn to use the remote and take them myself, and close ups are really hard to do, but the pictures are much better. Big thanks to my Brother-In-Law Bobby who gave it to us.

This may be the cutest dress hanging in my closet right now! I purchased this gorgeous green dress in Dallas over XMAS and I almost had to get in a fight with another girl to get it! I liked it so much I even bought it in a bigger size (it was the last one, hence the almost-brawl) and just took it to my tailor for some easy alterations. This dress retails for less than $25 but it looks like a true designer buy!

I am all about “ easy breezy ” hairstyles… quick fixes on those days when you wake up to a crazy afro, or worse…hair that is limp and lifeless. We saw a comeback of the fedora last year, when it could be found in every other store and girls and guys alike were going crazy for it. Sea of Shoes by Jane is one of my favorite fashion bloggers for Inspiration. I saw her frequently wear the Ann Demeulemeester Lace Up Boots. These are very interesting shoes. They are a cluster of many shoes merged into one. They a look of a sneaker with a heel and openings like a sandal. I guess they just wanted a all purpose HEEL BOOT. I do not know the extact retail price but from ebay they look like they are going for $600 on up.

I think I am starting to get sick (blah!). Over the weekend, I started not to feel too well, but I drank a lot of tea and felt fine. How wonderful are these shoes? I spotted them while going through the Forever 21 website (SHOCKER, I know!) the day after Christmas; and knew they belong no other place, but my lovely closet. You all know that I love a good drugstore beauty find and this week’s must-have is not only unique, it’s as easy to attain as running down the street to CVS: Eos Lip Balm. An acronym for evolution of smooth (how can you say no to this, seriously…), I had never heard of the brand until I spotted one of its print ads in last month’s Elle. The ad itself wasn’t particularly eye-catching and in fact, the page was almost empty save what appeared to be a nest of tiny green eggs in the corner.

A couple of years ago, I started making calendars out of catalogs I received in the mail… Anthropologie, J.Crew, Free People, Urban Outfitters …it’s an endless list. I would take the photos that inspired me and make collages to create a lovely calendar that I would not mind looking at 365 days a year! Once my friends and family started seeing them, they were asking me to make them one, too!
