A weekend only store …opens Friday at midnight and closes at midnight on Sunday… J.Crew will be featuring a virtual outlet on their website. The clothes are made solely for the outlet …factory versions which tend to be of lesser quality than the regular store but still great finds!

Like my new boots? I love wedge boots because they give you some nice height, but are so easy to walk in and so comfortable as well. I ordered these boots from UrbanOg.com a few weeks ago and was so excited when the weather was a little cooler yesterday to be able to wear them. Yippee! Normally I would wear this outfit with some kind of dressy heel; however being the wild child I am, I decided to go daring and add my new boots to the mix.

This is how I feel about my haircut. Notice it looks pretty much the same. No bangs. (Forgive the frizz it has blessedly been raining for several hours here.) Would you like to hear a story? Lately, voluminous waves like these are my favorite way to style my hair! Styling it this way looks like it took so much time when it really only took 15 minutes ! My trick to getting perfect curls so fast, is curler clips + hot rollers from CONAIR. First, if you don’t already have them, buy curlers…they’re faster than an iron! I only use the larger sized ones out of my jet and that easily gets the job done, but you can use as many as you need.

The rumors are true! Sweatpants are now acceptable in public!!! There are some fabulous versions of tapered knit pants…from super dressy in sequins…to super comfy in cashmere…in all of our favorite stores. You could wear some of these pants to bed if you wanted because they are just that comfortable, but I say style them up and wear them out!

These are hands down one of my favorite pairs of boots that have come out in the past few seasons! What many don’t realize is that the Steve Madden Roady (pictured here as the “look&# ) is actually a knock-off of a Charles David boot…which I own. I splurged on it last Fall because it’s the kind of boot that makes everything look totally bad-ass and they were so comfortable I couldn’t imagine leaving the store without them!

Trench coats have always been my favorite type of coat. When I bought my first trench, I tried my damndest to wear it into the winter months, but after the first snowfall, I realized that it was time to put it away until springtime. I know it’s only the end of Summer, but the season’s they are a changin’ and one of the biggest hits of last Fall/Winter were these TDF Jimmy Choo for Hunter rainboots ! I’ve only seen them out and about one time (on the cutest girl ever at Fork in Philly) but the second I saw them I knew I wanted them…until I realized that plastic, albeit plastic in the form of a rainboot , from Jimmy Choo still comes with the Choo price tag!

I have had an ongoing love/hate relationship with my eyebrows for years. I cringe when I look at pre-tweezer pictures of myself from elementary school or years later when I discovered tweezers and I went through a “pencil thin” phase – not pretty. Finally, I feel like I have the perfect balance. My brows are a great, even shape.
