You may only purchase 4 of the same item when doubling coupons.
So 4 deodorants by Secret with 4 MFR coupons doubled would be your limit. You could buy a 5th item but it wouldn't qualify for a coupon.
It does exclude BOGO free offers and Kmart coupons.
How to approach it -- look for coupons in your binder for 75 cents or less.
Preferably the 75 cents.
