Workmen assemble part of the exhibit "Megalodon, The Largest Shark that Ever Lived" at the Gulf Coast Exploreum Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2012. The exhibit, which opens Jan. 28, explores the massive shark which vanished an estimated 2 million years ago. According to the Exploreum's web site visitors can enter a full-size sculpture of Megalodon. Visitors will learn about the shark's size, structure, diet, lifespan, relatives, neighbors, evolution, extinction and the science that continues to reveal Megalodon's tale.
