Meditation is an ancient practice, learned from a teacher, that involves sitting quietly with one pointed focus. I may slip back a time or two or many, but I find my way back to my breath. I’ve enjoyed occasionally listening to guided meditations by Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chopra, which include a variety of themes like gratitude, health, relationships, true success, and more. There has been a growing interest in meditation, which has many people wanting to learn more.
