Second, I try to put nourishing food into my body. I don’t do deprivation when it comes to food, so this is less, “Don’t eat any chocolate” and more, “ Eat as many fruits and veggies as you can.” My almost 12 year old son needs a phone, as I broke his. How much moreso during a traumatic time??
