I have not googled Taco Bell, but I can tell you that they had to shut down all the Taco Bells in CA and AZ due to the fact that their meat wasn’t meeting the standards.

@ Rich
Just googled it and the first hit is a newspaper article about some guy who sued TB for false advertising their taco meat as beef. It has been found to contain NOTHING considered out of the ordinary for tacos…so EAT THOSE FREE TACOS!!!! :)

Before you eat Taco Bell again you may want to Google ‘Taco Bell Meat’ and see what pops up under recent news.
Their meat isn’t even really meat – only 36% beef!! And the 36% comes from cow farms that abuse their animals. According to the USDA, Taco Bell can’t call this mixture “beef” at all.

Best thing to do is make our own. My kids love fajitas. Wish I could get the 90% beef cheaper, or maybe I should try the other ground meat.
