Monday: Sadly, all trips must come to an end and we spent several hours on Memorial Day traveling home. I heated up cooked chicken that I had in the freezer and just added some store bought sauce. Thursday: Another busy night, so I made Burrito Bowls with leftover cooked chicken and taco meat that I had in the freezer.
