SHARED THIS SNOW PEOPLE CRAFT THIS MORNING FROM CRAFTER DWINA:
Here are Dwina's instructions:
Dwina says: "I made scarfs large enough to fit around a bottle cap - put the cap inside the scarf & poured Mod Podge mixed with water outside the cap to secure - some took 2 coatings but most were fine with 1
Ear muffs: hot glued on pipe
...
cleaner & tiny pompoms
Nose: Sculpey clay: hot glued on ~ this was my first time using it & it's great!! Baked hard as plastic!
Mouth: tiny pieces of foam cut vague shapes glued on with Mod Podge mix. Dry. Coat with black glitter which added dimension & a bit of sparkle. I found it easiest to let foam dry then add drops of Mod Podge to each piece and brush the glitter on with a dry brush (had to keep wiping it to clear of the glue) - the glitter does get stuck into the styrofoam and is tough to get out. Some pieces will require a bit of white paint to cover."
