Frugal Parenting: Encouraging imagination & educating them with cloud activities

interact with child using clouds.jpg

It's something we did as kids partly because we were no where near digitally connected as our children are -- what is it?  Looking at clouds.

Looking at clouds and describing shapes are a great way to engage your child during a picnic, on a blanket in the yard, or in the car.

My son spotted a whale as were coming back from Memphis the other day and I snapped a picture of it going down the road.

Do you see it?

Would your children?  If not - don't feel bad - maybe it looks like something else to you.

However the point is make sure you use car time for interaction.
