If you need extra storage space and only need to seat one passenger in the way back, you can fold the other seat down. The official EPA Fuel Economy is 20 MPG in the City and 26 MPG on the highway. Though I wouldn’t do a long road trip with adults in the back. Additionally, the seat folds (easily) in two sections.
