Just did this one tonight: 5 boxes of the Crunchy Nut -ending up coming down to 50 cents each!! Woohoo! Nine had the try me free, but I think they all had $1.00 off coupons on the boxes! Works for me! Thanks again Shannon!
Shannon says
@Danielle,
Nice!
Justin says
It appears that this might work with the Kelloggs Smart Start cereal as well. If so, http://www2.kelloggs.com/Coupon.aspx has a 1$ off 1 smart start cereal printable as well.
Shannon says
@Justin,
Hoping so!
Justin says
@Shannon, I just got back from my local weis and the smart start cereals weren’t 2 for 5$. Bummer!
Shannon says
@Justin,
boo! Ok well I guess I am getting the Kellogs :)
Sue L says
Shannon,
Do you think this deal will work with the rebate? Also, the cookie mix and frosting on sale at Rite Aid are included or not? I am not sure about that.

I miss Weis and Giant PA too.
Shannon says
@Sue L,
I cannot see the rebate – its only good for those it was emailed too.
Sue L says
It is from http://www.boxtops4education.com/ Are you a member?
The rebate is buying 10 products (between 2/9 to 3/2) and receive $10 General Mill prepaid card or 100 box tops. Cheerios and Betty Crocker cookie pouches and frosting are included.
Shannon says
@Sue L,
yes I have gotten this from about 20 people.. when I log in this is what it says:
We are sorry, you are not eligible to participate in this particular offer.
so it was for select members who got the email.
Sue L says
OK, I see. But thanks.

I’m missing Weis….but am thankful for the new stores I’ve learned to shop at since moving to New England. Enjoy the cereal for us! :-)

@eunice b,
Where are you shopping these days Eunice?
eunice b says
@Shannon, Shaw’s…love their double coupons up to .99, limit of 6, SavALot, a bit, Hannaford or SuperWalmart. We have RiteAid here, so that’s been one of my favorite to learn, and the cashiers have been fun to work w/, too! :-) CVS has been lacking, and ours doesn’t have an abundance of stock for sale items usually, so I’m thankful for rainchecks.
Lydia says
@eunice b, Oh, you’ll love Rite Aid, Eunice!
eunice b says
@Lydia, I can run, but I can’t hide, Lydia! :-) Still enjoy your blog from a distance…kinda’ like forthemommas…just have to grin & bear it with the “local to ya’ll” deals. :-) And yes, RiteAid has been a huge blessing since moving here! Never would’ve considered buying food items at a drugstore before learning to watch the deals.
