I have a kids fire tablet that doesn’t work and is still under warranty took it back to Best Buy said you have to send it back to manufacture but cannot tell me who makes it or a phone no. to call.Can any one help?

I would contact Amazon. Now you didn’t buy it there, so I’m not sure what they will do, but generally they stand behind their products. I have always had great customer service with them.
