I spent: $48 at Aldi $17 at the Hispanic grocery store $26 at Noodles and Co. Tuesday I got out some leftover Christmas ham from the freezer and Zoe and I ate that with some baked apples, plus some leftover rolls. Friday We have leftover pizza so that will be the easy button for tonight. But the next one I cut open?

I didn’t really grocery shop this week because…busy. Sunday Zoe ate some leftover pizza and I made myself a green salad topped with chicken. Wednesday Leftover broccoli noodle soup. But for the next week, you can be sure I will be phoning it in on the dinner front, just as much as I did this week. ?

I can only be pressed about so many things at one time, and right now, my grocery spending is not it. My lunch leftovers were at least 25% better than the original dish. Wednesday Leftover chicken katsu, freshly fried, because I employed the trick of breading all the chicken but not frying all of it the first night.
