She's made a copy of it available for download on NUMBERS for Mac users and Excel for Windows.

Working Mom does have this to say about the different versions:
*One note on the Numbers version – Numbers is a great program but one of its limitations is that you can't lock cells, meaning that I can't select a set of information and lock it so that no one can come behind and revise. That wouldn't be a problem, except that if you type into one of the areas (in green) that aren't supposed to be messed with, you may alter the formulas that feed you accurate information. This is not an issue on the Excel version, because (as much as I love Apple), the folks at Microsoft considered this when creating the Excel program. I'm just mentioning it so you will be extra careful to only edit the items in that nice peachy color and leave the other colors as is.
