If a box of Prevacid comes out to 19.99 after discount, would I still qualify for the 10 Up reward?
autum says
No and I can say this because I was just there and asked the cashier. You’d need to buy another product from that group to reach the $20 mark after membership discounts.
Shannon says
Kristen, no it needs to be $20 or more.

Has anyone else noticed how many “Limit 1” promos there are? I’m wondering if this will be the standard now. CVS does this a lot with theirs and it seems that RA is following suit. I would have figured it was a fluke, but a manager made a comment that highlighted it making me think that is their latest strategy???
Shannon says
J, yes it is their strategy to keep stock on the shelves.
J says
I can see their point to some extent. We brought it on ourselves by complaining that they couldn’t keep sufficient stock of promo items. I can also see how it manages their “coupon useage” limits as well.
But, if you figure in the gas that it takes to get to the store (for me that is $3), getting ONE free tube of toothpaste doesn’t really make the trip worth it anymore. Even saving $5 on two items is pushing it when you add that in. Too bad it has come to this.
Has anyone else changed shopping habits in light of gas prices or just me?
Shannon says
J,
Gas prices here have actually come down since last year. I guess I do all my shopping at once because all of my stores are 15-20 miles away, so I hit them in one trip.
