The screenings include free in-Club health tests** valued at up to $100, including:
· Glucose
· Total cholesterol
· Blood pressure
· Body mass index (BMI)
· Vision screening/testing
Fine print:
Screenings are available only in Clubs with a Pharmacy. Screening types and quantities may vary by state and Club. Limited quantities are available.
Vision screening/testing is available only in Clubs with an Optical Center, may vary by location and is applicable to state laws.
