Easy Eggnog Mini Pies Recipe

Easy Eggnog Mini Pies Recipe
Servings: 6
INGREDIENTS
- 6 ct (4 oz) package of Keebler mini graham cracker crust pie shells
- 2 cups eggnog
- 1 (3.4-3.9 oz) Jello Vanilla Bean instant pudding mix (or you could use vanilla flavor)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Whipped cream, nutmeg and sprinkles, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Place the 6 pie shells on a baking sheet and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the dry pudding mix, eggnog and nutmeg. Whisk to combine.
- Pour the eggnog mixture into the pie shells and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, add whipped cream to the top of each pie and a sprinkling of nutmeg (or holiday sprinkles).
