Hosted by Wildlife Curator, Chivon Morse, on Labor Day morning, this family friendly event will feature a few of our native Animal Ambassadors for guests to meet up close. During this hour long program, adults and children alike will learn what food caching means in the animal world and the difference between hibernation and torpor, all while hearing fun stories and Native American legends about each of the Animal Ambassadors being presented.

This free event will be located at the Ruffner Mountain Nature Preserve's Tree House meeting room on Monday, Sept. 1 and begin promptly at 10am. Please RSVP to this event so they know how many people to expect. Seating is first come, first serve.
