Join EQuip Our Kids! in celebrating the 4th Annual Social Emotional Learning or SEL
Day. This year’s celebrations include  “Emotional Intelligence in Action,” a youth-produced webinar for middle school, high school, and community college students.
 
This experiential webinar, titled “Emotional Intelligence in Action,” is run by young people for young people. We believe that emotional wellness starts with empathy and understanding, and this webinar aims to remind young people that they are not alone in their mental and emotional journey. It will take place on March 11, 2023, at noon Pacific / 3 pm Eastern.
 
Author, podcaster, and social media influencer Livi Redden will moderate the webinar. 
 
This webinar is not just another lecture. We want young people to feel heard and inspired by others' stories. It is about them and their experiences. Navigating emerging adulthood can be confusing, scary, and exciting, and this webinar aims to provide the support and tools needed to navigate this stage in life.
