Putting employees first and utilizing innovative technology for business growth are key to success during economic uncertainty. With that in mind, SMB owners should also consider taking more time off seeing as a shocking 40% haven't taken a break in more than a year.
Additionally, 70% of respondents agree that taking time off during the holidays is essential for their mental health.
