Who is eligible:
Anyone who bought an eligible Naked Juice product at any time from September 27, 2007 to August 19, 2013. A full list of the Eligible Products is available here or by calling 1-(888) 283-2947.
Why the lawsuit:
"The lawsuit claims that the [Naked Juice products] contain ingredients that are not "All Natural" and contain GMOs (or Genetically Modified Organisms)," according to the claims site. Some products are made with genetically altered soy, the lawsuit alleges.
