Along with the rebates listed here, I also picked up a Samsung Bluetooth headset that was supposedly $39.99 and after instant savings at the register and the rebate will actually cost $4.90.
Not a rebate, but I got Staples Stickies page flags for only 25 cents for each pack of 125. Really useful when I’m going thru my cookbooks to set up dinner menus for the next couple of weeks.

I did these yesterday, and even used a coupon on the Kleenex. I had a $1/4 boxes, and since it’s a two pack with a limit of two offers (it scanned without beeping) it helps to cover the tax to make it closer to “free” after rebate :) And to clarify for some, this is a rebate, not a Staples Reward offer.

Thanks so much for the heads-up! Their rebates are really easy to do online.

i was wondering if you can roll rewards and if anyone has done this successfully? i’ve read some people would roll rewards onto purchases that will also receive rewards back and only get partial rewards. if anyone can shed some light it is much appreciated :)

I asked the manager this question yesterday and he told me that the rewards checks are deducted from the total and the rebate would be for the difference.
Christa says
I don’t believe that’s correct. It would be correct if you were getting rewards back. (The amount you get back from rewards is after coupons or rewards are deducted) However, rebates are for a specific amount & have no bearing on rewards or coupons used. It’s a way to roll your rewards for cash & not lose out. (FYI I’ve never had any staff members at my Staples store that understand how the program works – including the manager)

Thanks for the information Christa, Please let me know if you have tried this before.

Thanks for the tip. I bought the Kleenex (2.99), pens (5.99), and copy paper (5.49) as well as a combo pack of ink (31.99). I used $31.90 in rebates from previous purchases. Paid $15.44 OOP (w tax). Will be getting $14.47 back. :)

Do you have to do each purchase as a seperate transaction?
Becca says
The rebates do not come as store credit, you can use the money anywhere, or put it in the bank.

ESR – is visa gift cards or check.

Does the staples easy rebate program pay out cash checks? Or is it basically a store credit?
Barb says
I’ve gotten checks…I think some items give you the option of getting a staples gift card.

How do you do the esay rebates? Is it like extra care bucks at cvs?
RuE says
You pay at the register and receive instructions on your receipt on how to submit your rebate online or through the mail. I use the online option. It really it quick and easy.
