I was wondering what “face products” include on the $8.00/2 Covergirl coupon? Is it only blush/powder/foundation? Does it work on eye makeup?
Thanks to anyone who can help!!!

I did my very first transaction at Rite Aid last night. Shockingly, I was able to purchase everything you have above! YAY! Here is my question though. When I got home, I realized I had 2 $.75 off coupons and 1 $1.00 off coupon for Dove that I completely forgot to give her. I used three Buy One Get One. So I’m hoping you will tell me that they wouldn’t have accepted those money off coupons too. (fingers crossed) I was so bummed that I forgot about them and didn’t even try!

Regarding the scope dual blast, I have a 9/18 ss and a 9/24ss but no 9/21ss there is a 1.50 scope coupon in the paper this week but I cannot find the 2.00 coupon.

went to safewway to get an extra double edition washington post, so i would have 2 more dove b1g1f coupons to go with my coupons i got with my regular delivered post, only to find that particular coupon insert was not in either paper inserts !!!!!!!! called washington post and they said papers in the store dont always have the same coupons as the ones delivered and the only thing i could to would be get two papers delivered and double the subscribtion price !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am so frustrated.
Cece says
For the Dove deal, would i be able to use all the following coupons to purchase 5 of them:
2 – BOGO Coupon in 10/2 RP insert
3 – $0.75/1 printable Dove Coupon
1 – $2/1 October Video Values
Total Purchase = $17.50 (5 at $3.50 each)
Total Coupons = $11.25
OOP Total = $6.25
Get $5.00 UP+ Rewards
After coupons and UP+ Rewards = $1.25 ($0.25 each bottle)?
The reason why I think it works is that per Rite Aid policy on the BOGO, you can use 1 BOGO and 1 cents off. So I can use 2 BOGO and 2 cents off for 4 of the bottles. The fifth bottle, I can use 1 MQ and 1 VV Rite Aid coupon. Am I understanding the policy correctly?

I plan to buy 6 Dove shampoos 2 for $7= $21. I have a $5 off $25 or more so I’ll find something as filler to get to $25. If I give the $5 off first, can I then hand the cashier my 3 BOGO Dove coupons or will she tell me she needs them first?
Shannon says
Hol,
YMMV on that. Some cashiers ask for them at first.

My RA is doing a seperate two page insert and apparently the CoverGirl is BOGO FREE. Normally, I’d be so happy with that but it’s going to be that much harder to get the UPR! Figures, right?!
Deb says
Could you explain why you did the first two transactions separately? It seems like they could have been one transaction.
Shannon says
Deb,
I posted in my covergirl post about this — I was testing coupons and tracking for you guys :)
Yvonne says
I’m new to couponing … why did you break up the covergirl deal into two transactions?

Shannon, I have a question about the Dove. It says it is a limit 2 UP deal. I bought 5 shampoos @$3.50= $17.50. I used 2 BOGOs, a $0.75/1 printable and the $2.00 VV. I only needed $15.00 for the $5UP, so I would think I would have $2.50 credit toward the second UP. But my receipt says I have only $0.01! Do they normally not track when they are letting you get 2 Ups?
Shannon says
Hmm mine tracked for the extra one that I purchased. Sometimes the tracking is super wonky at Rite Aid,
Maria Cordero says
Mine said the same thing, but on my next visit my receipt showed the $2.50 that I have for the 2nd deal
Holly says
Ugh. I went for 4 things and they were out of 2. I hate how non-stocked my RA is. Of course, it may just be that I don’t really need another free toothbrush?!?
Shannon says
LOL well this week I went at 9am on the nose when the store opened. I has close to $40 in UPR and I wasn’t letting them expire – so I was kinda stalking the store. Funny thing, I was there for the first thirty minutes they were open and no one else came in.

Have you ever asked what day your RA restocks? I asked a while ago and they told me Friday mornings. Now I go on Fridays instead of Sundays… I almost always find what I want and I don’t have to fight other couponers in the aisles or wait behind long transactions in the checkout line. Just a thought… hope it works for you!
