Can’t find the cream cheese coupon. Is it under a different zip code or just all out?
Bonnie Knudsen says
Could u use 7 coupons and get a more expensive filler?
Brian K Weegan says
Oh, by the way, there is no limit on the coupon as to the amount you can get. If you have 3 or even 4 computers in your house, print 7 coupons. Go to the self checkout (if your store has one), and scan all 7 internet printed coupons. It may double all 7, it may stop at 5 (unsure about that one). But if it doubles them all, you pay $3.50 for the cream cheeses. At that point you can buy anything else as long as it is $3.50, and it will all be free after the $7.00 comes off. Maybe pair a needed item with a coupon to get that extra item free too.

in what area are these prices available? in my store they will be 2.39, not 2/3…
Natalie says
Hi Gia, this is the ad from Philadelphia.
Anca says
The Cream cheese is listed in the online circular for 2.39 in my area (Alexandria, VA). Bummer… :( Still a good deal though…. but i got so excited over getting 7 Cream cheeses free.

I think the filler would be IF you Giant will double all 4 of your .50cent coupons.
7 x 1.50 Cream cheese = $10.50 – 7 instant – (4 x .50 all doubled) would = negative .50cents. Hence needing a filler item. Giant won’t give you $ back.
No Giant close to me does that, I’m lucky they double the 1st coupon:)
Natalie says
thanks! that is correct. My store recently started doubling all internet printables..with no limit..I guess we are kinda lucky:)
Brian K Weegan says
Mine as well Natalie. Problem is, some of the cashiers are catching on to that, and know the policy. I had a cashier just scan the same coupon on my 4 times instead of each one separately and only the first one doubled that way. The solution? Go with small separate transactions, and (if your store has it) go through the self checkout and do it yourself.

Natalie – this is great news! Which store are you (& Brian) shopping at? In my area I really prefer Giant for their produce alone (besides shopping at the farmers market), but doubling only the 1st coupon (that’s valued under $1) is a bummer.
We do have a Weis in my area (they will double the 1st four like coupons) – but I just can’t bring myself to shop their regularly…so yucky on the inside, reminds me of the old grocery stores my Grammy used to shop at:(
Janelle says
I’m confused…what is the purpose of the filler item? Even without it, you’re still buying 7 so you should get $7 off.
Brian K Weegan says
The total cost of 7 cream cheeses after coupons at 2/$3.00 is $6.50, so unless you were buying other items, they couldn’t take $7.00 off. I solve that problem by buying 6 cream cheeses (since only 4 are on coupon anyway), and then a Kraft mac N cheese for $2.00 making it an even $7.00.

My Giant will only double the first coupon (when there are multiples of one type)…still a great deal, though!!

Sweet deal

Such a great deal!
