Frugal Decor: How to make map art, free printable map site

You probably have seen map art on

Pinterest or at boutiques

.  A popular state map art trend is to include the states you and your spouse were born in and put a heart over the city.   Some folks charge $50 for these framed.

While the creations are certainly nice, I couldn't justify the expense.  So I made one myself. You can too.  Get an old frame or purchase a new one or one at the thrift store.

Go here to print (in color) your state.

Then cut it out and at this point you would add a heart sticker or some sort of mark to denote the hometown.

I didn't.  I just left the states plain. Frame and hang.  Below are some pictures:
