Noone ate the leftover corn, so I cut it off the cob and put it in the freezer to add to our favorite, Chicken, Black Bean & Corn Tacos | Slow Cooker Recipe. I cleaned out a large filing cabinet and was stuck with a big box of documents that I didn’t feel comfortable just throwing in the recycle bin. FREE Shredding!

Tuesday: I browned 3 pounds of ground turkey and added my homemade taco seasoning , so we had hard shell tacos with watermelon and strawberries as a side. Have you tried it?

Stop by Chipotle on Halloween night after 6pm dressed as a farm character, you’ll get a burrito, bowl, salad or order of tacos for just $2. You can dress in some overalls and plaid shirt to be the farmer and then just recycle all those Chick-fil-a cow costumes from their dress like a cow day.

I take a collection of different types of beans and lentils, mix them nicely in a big bowl and then package them in pretty vintage or recycled jars. Sometimes I make homemade chile'/taco seasoning and put three tablespoons of it , along with a dry bay leaf, in a small cellophane bag.

In the past, I''ve made tacos, lasagna, or enchiladas. Thank goodness our rental has recycling containers. We''ll plan the menu weeks before we leave, so I can do most of my grocery shopping at home instead of our vacation spot where prices are more expensive. Also, by planning ahead I can take advantage of sales.
