St. Vincent's Health free Girl Power: Growing Up Healthy & Happy seminar

St. Vincent's Health System and Birmingham Pediatrics Associates will have a free seminar for adolescent girls Oct. 26 from 2 to 3 p.m.The Girl Power: Growing Up Happy and Healthy seminar will be led by Dr. Kelli Tapley of Birmingham Pediatrics Associates. The goal of the workshop is to help girls understand and accept the natural changes that occur with early adolescence.

Admission is free. You'll need to secure a spot by calling Dial A Nurse at 939-7878 to register.  The event will be at the St. Vincent's Birmingham Bruno Conference Center.
