Five Frugal Things | A lunch-y edition

The Frugal Girl

I love glass containers for food storage at home, largely because they are see-through. I fixed a thrifted hoodie This thrifted Vans hoodie sprouted a hole but mercifully, it was right on the side seam! I’m using metal containers to pack my lunches Reusable containers make for a greener lunch, and a cheaper lunch.

Do You Save Wrapping? – Thrifty Ways to Wrap Christmas Gifts

Prairie Eco-Thrifter

Shop garage sales and thrift stores and estate sales. Christmas decorations, wrap, bows and ribbon all are continuous offerings at pretty much every garage sale, thrift store or estate sale I’ve ever shopped. Be ruthless!

I have TONS of these longs, pretty scarves from Target, but I think most of them are in storage, so for now I just have this one and the mark scarf. Maybe that’s just me, but every time I try and wear a necklace and a scarf at the same time, the necklace gets caught on the scarf and tries it’s best to destroy the scarf.
