Owners of select Samsung LCD, Plasma, or DLP televisions manufactured prior to December 31, 2008 are eligible for a free evaluation and repair if the television is experiencing or has experienced a capacitor issue, according to a recent proposed class action lawsuit settlement.

In addition, you can receive partial reimbursements for money spent to fix the issue prior March 2, 2012 or if you replaced a TV with the problem and no longer possess the TV via this form.
