We went there 5 years for camp so I would have spent $10,000 in rent. Generate an income stream. Property value appreciation.

Here is an interesting exercise – get a pen and paper; write down the total square footage of your house and the monthly mortgage or rent amount you pay. How much space is used for storage in your home?

And those that are aimed for adults are a little bit much for me (too much violence, gore, sex, drugs, etc), so my husband and I usually just rent movies. I’ll be honest and say that most movies I get to see in the theater are aimed at kids. There is something nerve-racking about watching some of that stuff on the big screen.
