I had to chuckle when I saw my training calendar from 2004, the year before our first daughter was born. But I have seen a variety of binders at yard sales and thrift stores for pocket change. Remember, it was before kids, so I had loads of time to train and workout. I totally blew off my workout that day. I find it visually calming.
