History In 2006 I planted fruit trees, in anticipation of retiring and having time to pick and use the harvest. We spent money for fertilizer and amendments. We spent money for water. I’ll be spending some time and money at farmers market to find some nice peaches to use! We are losing the battle of the peach tree.

Frugal housing.

I was questioning whether, with the sad state of the real estate market, throwing money at my second mortgage was really the intelligent thing to do, since I don't know whether I'll ever get that money back (I'm thinking not). I got some really good (and thought provoking) comments on that blog post.
