We bought our house as a short sale in 2008. We can get free apples from my mom and uncle and we make it into applesauce – usually 60-80 jars. Now I like that she has some leftover/easier nights sprinkled in as it matches our life more closely. We also love travel and plan on doing much more of that when we retire.
