My copy has a copyright date of 2008. Much of the information in it is basic personal finance guidance (with a biblical twist). philosophy (Keep it simple, stupid). I pick up a lot of them at garage sales for 25 cents to a $1. One I obtained in that manner is “The Sound Mind Investing Handbook” by Austin Pryor.
