One of my commenters mentioned that she thinks that the market in her area (another part of Oregon, I believe) has finally hit bottom. That comment made me think about all of the news articles written by supposed 'experts' who predicted that we had (or would) hit bottom in 2008, or 2009, or 2010, or even 2011! What does this all mean?
