Hmmmm, in 2008 one of the biggest fears was that credit markets would dry up causing massive restrictions in banks lending to one another and therefore massive refusals to lend money to us. Ahem… , we all saw real estate fall in 2008, 2009 and 2010 – but do you believe that it is now on the rebound?

Get some transportation. Many people have lost homes since the 2008 downturn, however, a new government program has helped to prevent an enormous increase in homelessness so far. Know where the motels, shelters, soup kitchens and food pantries are, and what you need to have/ do to get in. If you have access to a car, use it!
