NOT Allowed : The good news is that some stores like Costco, Whole Foods, H-E-B and Publix have stated that they do not allow LFTB (pink slime) in their ground beef. Allowed : Unfortunately, several popular chains do use it , including Safeway , Stop & Shop/Giant, and Kroger ( Fry’s ). Will this change the way you shop?
