Lunch : Salad (pre-made on Sunday so they are easy to grab each morning) and Fruit for dessert (I have a sweet tooth!). Ultimately, here are some changes I made to my eating habits: Eat out less or not at all. If I do eat out at a restaurant, I research the menu ahead of time to find the healthiest option.
