Hot glue, glue gun (hot glue is essential to making the items stay secure, craft glue will not work). Apply some glue (be generous) to the back of the item and press it to the spot of the flip flop that would rest between the toe. Repeat on the other flip flop, pressing firmly as you apply the embellishment. Ribbon (optional).

Once you get into your Google voice mail, you can press a key and make an outgoing call. 50 cents at a thrift store, but you can even grab a 50-100 piece puzzle at the dollar store and it will work great too. Apply a small dab of glue on the outline and press your first red puzzle pieces onto it. Continue applying glue to the outline or directly to the puzzle pieces and press into place.
