I started reading The Frugal Girl back in 2010 when Kristen’s kids were still itty bitty. We rented at first, but the rental situation in our new town was poor. Nine years later, the rent for similar homes in our neighborhood is double the cost of our mortgage! When the weather is nice, we love to find outdoor spaces to explore.
