So after I stopped working in March, I gained over 20lbs! I really liked this goal from 2010, so I'm doing it again this year. So many places in my community have been hit hard with the recession and depend mainly on volunteers to stay open. Use my cookbooks at least 4 times a month. To elaborate on my 2010 goal.
