This one came from SparkPeople’s Chef Meg and is featured in the 2011 ALL YOU Health and Fitness Special Issue. Put chicken,tomatoes, salsa, cumin and chili powder in crock pot. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. I hope these recipes will inspire you to try something new {and cheap} for dinner. 1/4 teaspoon cumin.
