As you may have heard by now , Kroger is officially ending the double/triple coupon program at stores in Texas on September 13, 2011. Update – even though Louisiana is in the same division, they are not included in this change. No More Double or Triple Coupons for Texas Kroger Stores. Only Texas stores are affected.
