The Frugal Girl is one of the few blogs whose URL I have memorized, so I’ve never missed an entry! We had to sell it less than 3 years after buying it, and between that and the market timing (bought in 2009, sold in 2012), we were lucky to come out of the whole situation with our original mortgage paid off completely by the sale!
