I learned how to cook and bake at a very young age, and I’ve always enjoyed kitchen work as both creative pursuit and scientific inquiry. For me, being in the kitchen and making food for people is an act of love. They had me, and then my mom decided to go back to school full-time and get a PhD. I have two!
