We spent the next few years building our savings back up to the level we had prior to 2007. Storm #2: 2013. August 2013 was a month that I’d like to wipe from my memory. Also to top it off, I had a huge property tax due that month for our office building that was going to be difficult to pay for in light of the circumstances.
