The building offered so much potential, but needed a lot of work and we set out to renovate our dream office. The business softened, renovations were more costly than expected, and we were now the owners of two mortgages, our home and our business. We were excited to cross this accomplishment off our bucket list.

2 – Save $10k in a savings account, specifically earmarked for medical expenses. We blew through our health savings account, and now need to save another $10k so we’re not caught off guard if another emergency were to happen. Save for a camper upgrade. Family Camping to Watkins Glen KOA.

2 – Increase business emergency savings. 3 – Cash flow necessary business expenses and renovations. 5 – Cash flow a family trip to celebrate. . We never stopped taking vacations, but our trips were mostly camping in our pop-up or renting a beach house with other families. DONE – 6/1/2014. DONE 2015.
